About me
I’ve always been passionate about living an active and intentional life, whether I’m running, practicing yoga, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with animals. These practices keep me grounded, resilient, and connected.
I’m also deeply shaped by my role as a mother. Raising a kind, independent, intelligent, and humorous daughter is one of my greatest joys. Navigating a divorce after 29 years taught me profound lessons about courage, rebuilding, and redefining life with meaning. These experiences allow me to meet clients with empathy, understanding, and a genuine belief in their ability to grow through transition.
Professionally, I bring more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry as well as certification in Life Coaching from the University of Georgia and build meaningful relationships and earn the trust of many families. Over time, I realized that the skills I value most: advocacy, empathetic listening, and strategic thinking, extend far beyond finance. This led me to pursue life coaching as a way to support individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, undervalued, or unseen.
My coaching approach is client-centered: I help you identify what’s best for you, while providing guidance, resources, and compassionate accountability. My goal is to support you in moving forward with purpose, confidence, and clarity so you can create a more peaceful and joyful life. I’m here to be your encourager and accountability partner every step of the way. You’ve got this.
