About Jon

Dr. Jon Harvey is a “Triple Dawg,” having completed three degrees from the University of Georgia, including a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Guidance & Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology.  During his doctoral degree, he also completed a program which included additional coursework and supervision to earn a Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Dr. Jon Harvey has spent over 20+ years working with individuals, couples, families, businesses, and organizations, building experience in the areas of counseling, consulting, and coaching. Dr. Harvey founded Olive Branch Counseling & Consulting in 2016 to provide a high level of consulting and coaching to the surrounding community, whether working with individuals, groups, or organizations. Rather than continue to pursue licensure as a psychologist, Dr. Harvey found an interest in the consulting world, now able to work in various unique areas of expertise to benefit the many individual, business, and courtroom clients for whom he provides services in such areas as:

Dr. Harvey has gained expertise with a variety of client concerns and contexts, including work with businesses, adults, couples, children & adolescents, and groups to address and enhance individual, organizational, and performance-related outcomes. Dr. Harvey can also provide a referral for psychological testing and personality assessments.
